No change for I-140 - NSC Processing times

their efficiency(?) sucks...

i don't know what is causing this delay.....processing dates moved by just 10-15 days in 4 months!
 
Why does the FO memo seem to affect only NSC? Even I-485 processing dates have jumped to June 02 at VSC while NSC is still Feb 01, 2002.

Can we send letters to the ombudsman asking what the cause for this sudden slowdown in NSC processing comapred to other centers could be? I think in his testimony to congress he mentioned that letters to his office are passed on to the appropritate service center for response, so we may at least hear something from NSC.

That would be an excellent idea. As some of you might be aware, letter writing campaigns are done by a lot of special interest groups who want to make their senators and congressmen aware of certain causes. Usually they are all in the same format with some changes highlighting local situations. All ideas are welcome.
