Hello,

My PP was stamped on 06/11 in Newark my wife received her card 3 months ago. So far i haven't received my card. i called the 800 number. Officer told me to wait for 6 to 12 months after the stamp.

I am planning for vacation in December, going to india.

What kind of documents i need to carry if i didn't get a card in 3 weeks.

Please advise.

Iam in a similar position. Both me & My wife got our passports stamped on Aug 26th. My wife got her card on Oct 14th. I still did not get one !

I don't think u need to carry any documents for your visit to India and coming back. I guess your stamp in the passport is valid until next year June. This should be sufficient. To feel more comfortable carry a copy of the 485 Approval letter
