NO Birth Certificate? Will Baptismal suffice?

Hello,
I am applying for I-130 for my husband. We already have applied for i-485 but it was denied.

His birth certificate is in arabic.

Can we use a certfied translation of his baptismal record instead of his birth certificate?

Why was i-485 denied? You will need to get the birth certificate translated in English and get the translation notarized.
