By reading the post in the forum, I noticed that most ND around early 2003 recieved RFI and BIO/FP at almost the same time. However, I only got RFI and USCIS has acknowIedged the receipt of my RFI. I am worried that they sent me the BIO, but lost in the mail.
Here are my questions:
does any of you have ND 2003 got RFI recently without BIO?
Does BIO request causes an update in online status?
Does it help if I call them to ask if they have issued BIO request?
