I didnt see any approvals either here or in rupnet.com. Some approvals posted but none dated 15 or 16 october. 14 was a holiday I agree, but arent they workign on 15 and 16th.

Is there a stall again in NSC?
I thought they just came out of the yearly audit and would comeout of it with all guns blazing with stream of approvals daily. But not NSC. I guess. Quick to stop and slow to restart.

Any news would be appreciated?

Well, I just saw couple of Aug'01 approvals on rupnet with AD's of 10/15.. So I think NSC folks got up and just shredded their columbus day lag and started working I guess. Well, just hope that these folks move quicker.
