INS is waiting for 3/1/03

INS is clearly cleaning all old RDs upto but not including Nov. This is an indication that they want a clear cutoff and clear picture to handle to DHS on 3/1/03. Nov should expect to see approvals after 3/1/03, but not before. INS takes every execuse to stop working but paid.

How do you know that? Today a Nov RD applicant just got a RFE. And there're many 058 and 059 cases approved last week and this week.

I would like to agree with DengDeng

I don't know if it's gut or intution or what, but looks like no such handing over to DHS will take place. It's like the same wine, different bottle.
