I called NSC and officer said ... Your date became current on june 1st. )Like i don't know). he said we don't provide case status on this line. they have 15000 cases in Queue and will be approved.
I asked on what basis they are rppvong cases? RD/ PD? He replied RD . I asked then how come people wih RD of 2004 are getting approved. he said all cases are in queue. don't call us back for 120 days and if you don't see any update then call back.

It's very disturbing to see the approvals for the cases filed after your case but unfortunately we have no option but to wait. I had a long conversation over the phone with NSC guy yesterday but he wasn't ready to give any specific case info. He kept saying that this phone line is only for the people who are either approved or denied..no in between
He further said that the transfer of large number of cases affects the processing but we are trying to work as fast as possible. He insisted that the cases ARE being processed based on RD even though I gave him many examples of the cases approved after my RD.
No one exactly knows, what is their criteria of approving. Wish you good luck. I will be happy to see your approval first than anyone else. You definitely deserve it NOW.
