No Approvals Today???

Oh man, I was quite hopeful for another flood of approvals today. It was fun reading about so many on Friday.

This sux. :(
 
Approvals Always Start from Tuesday

I have given up all hope. I wrote to Senator Kennedy last week, and later realized that I mistyped the EAC# on the letter. Nothing seems to be working.

A handful of us remain (December 2001 cases). All of my friends who applied around the same time have their Green Cards.

RD 12/18/2001
RFE 07/03/2003
FP2 10/04/03
3rd EAD RD 02/09/2004
 
I track EAC-02-081

And there has been no approval there since Feb. 4th. They approved some 20 cases in Jan. and 3 cases in Feb. till 4th Feb.
And then nothing....

How do you track them? Do you put individual numbers in to check?

Oonly one new approval thread. That too is Kash who was actually approved a week back. Damn, this sux.

Now I cannot even check my status coz the website is blocking me out.

I use the script - I-485scan.xls

Over the years, I have collected some 300 I-485 cases (EAC#) of EAC-02-081

Actually, I have a list for EAC-02-082 too.

I am eac 02082 50007. I am not there on your script though. So how do you run a script? Do you manually feed in every number on the site?

I found my number in Vinodgre's list. In the company of others...all must be sitting with one lazy Case Officer. Damn!!

The script grabs the I-485 applications - u don't have to feed it manually.


To run the script -
1) Open the Excel file
2) Alt-F8
3) Select macro I485scan
Follow the prompts


If you're not being able to run the script 'coz of the security settings in Excel, do this -

1) Open Excel
2) From the top toolbar, open Tools--> Macro--> Security
3) On the 'Security Level' tab, set the security setting to 'Low'

This will allow you to run the 485 script/Macro.
 
Manual Check

I ran a manual check on all the numbers in 082 that said Misc. They were all those where the card has been mailed.

Similarly, in 081 there were two which were listed as Unknown/Misc and they are actually those where card was mailed and status updated on 02/27.
