Ok...so my mom checked the mail ...no approval for me today too...but I didn\'t really expect it after the talk with the IIO.

Looks like 2 approvals per day on this board is still too optimistic. I guess it will get better after 5/1. I know 245 shouldn\'t have impact on 485 application, but hey, who know how INS really works?

EAD Approved on 03/18/2001 (me & wife) due to AVM
EAD card received on 03/23/2001 (only wife\'s, no mine)

waiting for I485 approval notice coming!

how long did u call on 949... number ? I have been trying without success.

i am thinking of giving # a try, I had done my FP on 29th march\'00.
with ND of 02/16/01.

I just keep hitting redial for about 45 minutes to an hour ...and then hold time is about 10-15 minutes
