I know the feeling.
Online is definitely online. There have been many posts that mention changes within an hour during the day. So I do believe its real-time with probably an acceptable lag time.
It is frustrating to see the same message for over 9 months!
Just hang in there.

i also thought that the message is there to stay.
but then on november 1st i checked it again and it said i had an RFE issued on Oct31st. Considering my RD (sept 6th) i was so happy that someone finally picked it up. the hell with the RFE, at least it has been in someone's hands. RFE is probably just another month anyway, at least the jitter there is smaller.
