No approvals for 01-14-03..

Doesn't seem like INS resume the former speed of processing 485 cases. They are extremely slow, only 1 or 2 approvals per day. And those "flood approvals" theories never come to true.

I wonder how long we have to wait for this mess...... It's totally frustrating and out of control.
