No approval for VSC->TSC cases

Whats going on We have'nt heard approval news for transferred case since last tursday, are they in for long wait.

Now TSC approving 2005 cases filed originally in Tsc.

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

4-Jun-07 Went to senator's office personally and submitted our case, they said it will take 10 days to get an update.
11-JUn-07 raised service request using 1 800 375 5283; 1, 2, 6 option

12-Jun-07 (10.00 PM) we had an LUD with no message change late night
13-Jun-07 (8.00 AM) we got approval emails.

We hope and pray for all unapproved files. Please don't give up. Keep trying all options.
 
Congrats...

This gives hope for us ( who were transfered on 7th March 2007 ).

Hello All,
I think the reason the transferred cases from VSC to TSC are not approved is because the results of the FP that was done for many last month have not reached the TSC yet. I think once it gets it then we can expect a stream of approvals. The question is when ?

In most of the cases, there is not a single LUD after the FP.

I dotn have an LUD , but when i did infopass they did say they received the FP results. Infact the officer read out the results that there wasnt anything derogatory abt my FP. She also mentioned that the last Updated date on my case was May 22nd . hereas ion website I dont have a single LUD aftr 03/15

Hey BigDog & others,

Could you please tell about how to make a service request. I used those numbers and spoke with a rep. But she is not aware of service request. She told me to wait for 60 days after your last update in case.

When you talk to them, just say your case is "outside processing times" and when they ask if something happened on your account in the last 60-90 days. Just say No Change.

SR created today

I was able to start a service request on my case today, finally after trying 4-5 times, the number starts with T1F...VSC, she asked me to call back after 45 days if I dont hear anything regarding this request, lets see.

BTW as per my last call to texas service center my name check was
 
I called senators office regarding Security Clearance...but the lady said they can not do any help regarding this. She said FBI will take their own time because lack of work force and funding.... not much help from there..

I think they have some visa numbers left, Make sure your file is reviewed.
