Dear friends, both my case and my wife\'s were approved as per AVS.
Though our son AVS still sings the old son about received application
(it was in Aug99)
Any ideas?

Can you mention your receipt/notice and approved dates for your I-485 if have them. Thanks.

I would say you call IIO and find out is there anything wrong with your son\'s application I mean any missing documentation. If that is the case you would have been received a RFE. I think his case got approved too for some reason AVM didn\'t get updated which is quite common. Wait for a week before you call IIO by the time Approval Notice will be in your hands.
