I was in Memphis centre to get my IEAD. They have changed the day of IEAD issuing from Monday to Friday, hence had to come back without it.
Well, after a 600 mile drive, bitter argument with Memphis officers and a speeding ticket felt good to read that TSC may be moving cases to Vermont.
During my stay at Memphis (four hours) only one case of Passport stamping for green card was noticed by me. This case was a family related approval filled in 1986.
Most of the cases at this centre were EAD as called work permits, EAD for people from some specific countries and some special registrations.
This means that TSC is not approving 485s else there should be people for passport stampings.
