No 45 day letter yet

Hi,

My RIR was filed in NY in Dec 2002. The attorney says there has been no 45 day letter yet. But I am not alone...some other NY Labors are in the same boat and she received a letter just last week!

Any thoughts? Is there anything I can do about it?
