No 2nd FP for spouse

I am the primary applicant and got my FP2 notice in middle of May and I had it done on 6/25/2004. My spouse hasn't received the notice yet. We had done our FP1 on the same day in 8/2002.

Is there anything I can do about it?

My last update date shows 3/31/2004 (change of address). Spouse last update date still shows 8/2002

when you went for your 2nd FP, did you try getting FP for your spouse without a notice. I am not sure if the ASC would have entertained that .
My case is exactly opposite, spouse( derivative ) has received 2nd FP notice and Primary has not. I plan to go along without a notice ( Harlem Ave, Chicago, IL ). Any forum members having any experience at the above ASC??
On a side note, my spouse's application has a LUD of our Address change, while my application has no update since day 1. Is it possible my FP notice was returned??

I tried to get my spouse's finger prints done without the notice on the same day but they did not entertain that. They said they needed the notice to do the fingerprints

My spouse's LUD remained the same from day 1, eventhough we filed a change of address and got the 3rd EAD's to the new address

Spousal unit's and my second FP are scheduled for July 20th and July 23rd. We went to the harlem ASC last saturday to see if they would do it early. They said it is too early and will not do the finger prints. But the service rep there said we can go to do the FP on a saturday after the scheduled dates.

So I am not sure you will get a positive response if you go there without a FP notice. Anyway it might be worth trying.. By the way spousal unit and I got the FP notices seperately. so yours might be on the way
