No 1st fingerprint for June 03 cases , Is it something wrong???

Even March 04 and April 04 cases have had 1st Fingerprint already but most of June 03 cases have not had 1st fingerprint. It seems really odd that just that specific month only has had 5% of cases called for fingerprinting when ALL other months have at least 65% of the cases called for at least 1st fingerprinting.

I'm in the same boat as you. There are some members who filed in June/July 03 who haven't received their first FP notices as well. Even sent a fax enquiry, but have not yet received a response.

Very frustrating because, like you, I'm seeing later 03 & 04 filers with FP notices. Because we haven't yet received our FPs, our cases are not eligible for JIT processing.

One thing's for sure: FIFO not being applied to FPs.

Same here. Got my lawyer send a fax enquiry about a month ago, no response. Also wondering why is it happening? Very unnerving.

Me too! I check case status everyday and get upset everytime afer seeing the online message doesn't change.
