depends when your appointment time is... mine was 8AM , i reached at 7:30, and there was lots of metered street parking available on Commerce Street itself... make sure u have quarters.
there is a paid parking lot right next to the building also, but if you make a couple of rounds around the block, you should be able to get street parking.
