Having indepentant reviewing on one's research is important to the NIW case, right?
Since my published papers only appeared lately (quite a few, though all very important, it is too soon to get possible citations), my lawyer told me that one effective way to prove the importance is to have colleagues in my field to read my papers, so they may send me emails, shot notes and requests for reprints. Within a few days, I have got five, all from experts.
