1. Mine is NIW/140/J1 waiver,which the INS/lawyer filed under section for soviet scientist , lawyer called to let the INS about it, they approved NIW/140 ( and below it does say about NIW and J1 waiver ) but the section still reflects Soviet scientist ( i requested lawyer again and they said dont worry INS know about it)
2. even if the 140 /NIW is self petitioned does the orignal copy go to the lawyer and i only get the photo copy, should i ask my lawyer for it or do i wait for the 5 years to be over .
