I am on an H1B visa at the moment, working for a US university. i have a job offer for a position in France. since i would like to be able to come back to work to the US, I was wondering if it's possible for me to apply for a GC through the NIW once i am working in France. I have a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and i think I fully qualify for a GC. I probably should have done it before being in this situation!
