I have been perusing the NIW and AC21 forum but did not come across NIW approved with 485 pending people who made use of AC21.
Since NIW does not require a job offer, how then can a job change for an NIW person make use of AC21 language. AC21 requires same or similar job offer and NIW does not require a job offer. So if one were to change jobs and states....how will he be safe. Can he use the AC21 definition.
