Dear friends
I have a pending EB2-NIW with NSC. I saw LUD 2/24/08 almost after an year, nothing else after. What do you think? It tests my patience and pressure. Your inputs and comments are highly appreciate
 
A lot of EB-2 and EB-3 applicants saw a LUD change on various Sundays. I got one on Sunday 3/2. You got one on the Sunday before. But both you and I are not alone, Sundays seems to be days when a bulk of files are shifted (possibly to get them ready for distribution to adjudicators). I wouldn't make much of Sunday LUDs from Nebraska except that it's just a small step closer to adjudication but is not imminent unless you start seeing more LUDs.
 
I got my NIW approval email from TSC on a Sunday at 8:00 am
So keep looking forward to sundays.
