Hi,
I had my NIW EB2 I 140 approved from NSC on oct 2005.I am currently working in Nebraska state. My wife has to move to MO state to do fellowship. I had recently got an offer for a job in HPSA area. ( I have never been on J1 visa).I would like to move to missouri state for family reasons. When I called MO dept of health, they wanted me to submit a lot of documents. It also states that every year , i have to submit the number of medicaid pts , i have to see etc? How difficult missouri state health dept? Anybody has any prevoius experience? They have also stated that if I do not complete 5 yrs there, they will report to INS? Basically, I want to move on Nov 1 st 2006. So that, I can give RFE for 1 yr from the present job and then move to teh new job? When I submit the new amendment I 140 to the INS, and if gets approved, then what is the time limit to join? Should I join within 90 days after the new I 140 is approved? The reason why I am asking this question is that I have to give 3 months to the present employer and I do not want ot give unless the new I 140 is approved.Experts, any suggestions?
