I want to do self-petition through NIW. Where I can find information that helps me prove the 3rd test of NIW that why labor can be bypassed?

1. Prove that your work need urgent care and labor will distract that.
2. Prove that you are the best candidate for taht work.
3. Prove that quality you posses is impossible ti find.
