HI, what happens if you file both the I-485 and I-140 at the same time and I-485 gets approve first? Does that mean chances are that the I-140 is also going to get approaved?

:D If it did, it would be a major screw-up on their part... if you let this slide they might yank that green card from you faster than you can say "clerical error" :D
 
I agree with earlier poster, that if that happens and you get GC somehow as a result of that then it would be revoked as soon as you would open the letter and try to have a feel of freedom. :D
