I got an RFE for my NIW case. The NYDOT matter was put forth as the argument. In the last category whether National Interest would be adversely affected and to show my past track record, they have asked me to document grant proposals and to document the contribution of each principal researcher and their compensation. Salary is a privileged issue. Also I have not submitted just one grant proposal having recently graduated.I was wondering if such RFE\'s are generic and have been received by other people and how does one go about answering/circumventing them. Any help would be appreciated.
