Hi,
I have filed my I-485 on a NIW and have now received an email stating that an RFE has been issued. I dont know the contents of the RFE though. I am currently using my H1- b visa which is to expire in a couple of days. I have my exams coming up in some time so I have not looked for a job as I need time to prepare for my exams. I would be unemployed after my H1- B expires. However, I do have a valid EAD.There should not be any problem regarding securing an employment as there are many openings in my field.
My qustion is what would the contents of an RFE for a NIW be like? Do I need to be employed? Would the fact that I do not have a permanent emplyoment after my H1- B expires create a problem for me? And do I need to submit evidence like permanent employment proof, W2 forms etc..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
