NIW RFE Question

I received email notification of an RFE for my NIW petition. I was fully expecting it as I had sent in a petition in a hurry to meet the deadline before retrogression set in.

My question is can I use evidence since I submitted my petition, or do I have to respond with evidence only before the petition was submitted.

Any evidence from post petition date should be carefully woven into your RFE response in order to show your continued excellence.

I would recommend using such evidence. But do it carefully.
