Hello Sir / Mam,
I recieved a similar RFE, regarding my NIW case requesting for evidence for
Research contributions,
Accomplishments,
Grants ect..
I filed the I140 by myself just before RD on sep 27/2005 at VSC.
I did not include a cover letter then but submitted, my degree certificates, copies of 3 co-authored publications and just three reference letters - foolish of me but did not have time to prepare well.
I am still collecting letters from some well established scientists in the field. Few letters they asked are from independent reviewers if possible from an institute or university. I did collect about three letters for some established professors, not personally known to me. Are these letters enough for review? Also can you advise me on how to prepare the cover letter, if possible a sample letter would be very helpful.
Any suggestions from your side would be very helpful to me.
I have an MD from one of the top medical schools of India.
Also MS with majors in Microbiology, Molecular biology and Biochemistry.
Two certifications in Biochemistry,
3 coauthored publications and 3 citations
A letter of appreciation from American Red Cross for helping in Katrina and a certificate.
