NIW/RFE Do my proposals count?

I got NIW/RFE and need to show my impact on the field.

Except for references, citations, May I submit my grant proposals to USCIS? But none of them got approved. Will they hurt me?

yes they can submitted as prrof!
but since they are not approved i am not sure how much they will be of help!
did u submitted letter of intent or do you have intimation from authorities asking for submitting final proposal.....that can help!
