NIW - RFE about ETA 750 - Help!

How many ETA 750 B copies should be submitted along with an NIW 140 application? I submitted only 1 copy along with my application and I got an RFE asking me to submit the form ETA 750 B. Is this because I submitted only one copy? Do I have to submit two copies? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
   It is my understanding that TEA 750 part A is to necessary if your employer is the "Petitioner".

   TEA 750 part B is enough if your NEW application is "Self petitioned" by you or some one has
   petitioned on your behalf (not the employer).

   Yes, I remember reading that, two copies of TEA 750 part B are to be submitted.

   If there is any argument on your application referring to the current employment and/or
   that you would continue with the current job, then I believe, INS expects TEA 750 part A --
   then comes the "tests" of NYDOT !
