My I-140 OR application is pending for 7 months at VSC. I was thinking of submitting an NIW. Since TSC and NSC are much faster than VSC, I was wondering if I could submit it to one of these centers. Can I do that?

The choice of these centers is dependent of where(state) you reside in US....right! SO the answer is if you are moving to NSC realted state you can....otherwise u can't!!
