NIW processing: Can I file my case with TSC when I fall under NSC?

I am getting ready to file my case for NIW with the help of an attorney. My question is, can I file with TSC even though my state falls under NSC? If yes, how do I do? Just submit my application as e-file? Are there any other advantages other than faster processing (hopefully) at TSC?

Now the rule of area jurisdiction is outdated. By law all the I-140 petitions should be filed with NSC and then they will transfer some of them to TSC. But if you read this forum carefully, most of e filed petitions are going to TSC.

Well if you are working your case thru lawyer he can answer this question better for you. After all he has got lot of exp working with such issues and moreover you paid money to save your intesret and present your case in best possible way so that you get a quick approval.

Unfortunately I had hard time to push my lawyer to e-file .. some of them are still back dated !!
