NIW Processed in TSC After July 30?

My friend told me he heard from his lawyer that NIW petition could be sent to TSC for area location again after July 30, the application fee is higher at that time though.

My original plan was to efiling to have my NIW petition processed in TSC. Now if that news is true, seems this can also be done after July 30. Does anyone else knows whether this is true or not?
 
le04, what if its e-filed will it go to Texas. Are you replying to your RFE. Also would be nice to know when you case was filed at Nebraska. I am waiting to hear from Nebraska.

My PD is Aug 8, 2006. Filed with NSC. From this site, I saw many NIW efiling ended in TSC, so I was thinking do an efiling. Hope this helps.

I should hear from Nebraska soon then as the PD is 08/04/07. Are you working on the RFE. Did you have a lawyer file the NIW.
