Let me see if I understand the mirad of I140 petitions and if
they are portable

EB1-OR (not portable, can change jobs after 180 days after AOS filed)
EB1-EA (portable can change jobs after I140 approved)
EB1-NIW (????)
EB2-NIW (????)

EB1-OR (not portable, can change jobs after 180 days after AOS filed.... Advisable to wait to get INS interpretation of this provision).
EB1-EA (portable can change jobs after I140 approved....You are correct in this. I presume you meant in the same field).
EB1-NIW (No such separate category).
EB2-NIW (Can change jobs after I-140 is approved as long as you are in the same field).

Must it be after I-140 approval for EB1-EA and EB2-NIW to be portable? Can I change job after I file I-140 and while it is still in processing. Assume I will be in the same field but different employer. Thanks!
