ASC,

I know another friend with I-485 pending. He was once falsely indicted for "leaving scene of damage" during a traffic accident(a misunderstanding between the two parties). The case was dismissed but he paid $300 fine. He was not finger printed in this process. The atterney said that he didn\'t need to report to VSC, but his case may get transferred to local INS for interview.

So did you have any negative records? Please disregard this if you don\'t.
