- EA: Success is unlikely, you need some bigger prizes or other major achivements

- OR:Success not likely at this point because you need three years of working experience after your PhD in academia or industry

- NIW: Hard to say since it would be very important to know if you work in a field where your experience is of national interest and you have enough reference letters from people who never worked with you to show this.

What kind of memberships are your noth memberships. Do you pay for them or were elected to become member. If you have to pay for them USCIS doesn't count them as "real" memberships.

Thank you for your comments, Honkman.

1. My thesis work is related to materials can be used in industries such as microelectronics and semiconductors.

2. My ph.d projects are funded by NSF and DOE, do they help?

3. I did not get any references yet, I will try.

Is your work unique that you are one of a few scienists worldwide who are experts in this field ? And does this work is crucial for the US to be done here in the states. That are more or less the main points you have to prove in NIW. Funding doesn't really help as an evidence. You need a lot of high ranking experts which never worked with you before who clearly write that your work is essential for the US and that the US will be hurt if you can't do the work in the US now. (Otherwise USCIS will argue that you should go for LC)
