NIW or OR or LC

Hi.

I applied NIW long time ago when I was a post-doc and was transfered to

NSC June01 2006 (LUD 2/3/07).

I believe the current processing date for NIW is May 2006.

The current job offered me OR or LC process.

Question I have is whether I should wait a little bit more NIW, then try LC or OR.

Since I'm not familiar with LC (PERM) process, I don't know how long it will take.

If you are from a retrogressed country, LC (Perm) based GC will take years... If not from a retrogressed country, you can go through LC-EB2 route. It should be quick.

OR will work well for you case. You should try it out.
