Is there any hope we can get I-485 approved before 01/10/05?
 
Congratulations! what a relief.
I start worrying about my RFE, already one month, nothing after LUD on 8/26 and 8/29, good sign or bad?
 
My LUD changed only once on 09/14/05. And I was worried because usually people get at least two LUD like your case. It turns out fine and I am so happy.

I guess number of LUD depends on the immigration officer. So, do not worry too much and my best wishes for you guys.

Hi, Trojanblue, any news or LUDs on your case? my LUDs are the same as yours, one month past, still nothing, worried very much.

Nothing so far. I suppose there is no point worrying about it. From the LUD, it appears that my RFE "reached" them three days after the deadline. I have no idea what effect that is having on my case. Will keep you posted if something should turn up.
 
Hi,

My background is posted somewhere in this forum. you can easily search for it. I guess my background is okay, the nice letters I got from the famous professors and from some big companies helped most.

Thanks, man! Yes, definitely. My lawyer said the patent is good, because that gave her something to talk about when replying the RFE. As you know, my RFE was a tough one. Other RFEs my lawyers filed much earlier than mine are still pending. She was kind of like 'what happened' when I called her about the approval. So, i guess the patent helps.

Good luck with your RFE, do not worry too much.
