NIW now or later?

Dear all. I'm new to this board and I have a question - I have all my paperwork ready for NIW submission, but I just recently found out that I'll be changing a job and move to another place in about 3-4 months. Although I still be qualify for NIW (I'll stay in the same area of expertise) I don't know if I should send my documents now or after I'll settle down in a new place. Also if I go with plan A (submit my petition now) how much my relocation/job change will interfere with whole process (extra delays, more form to fill in, est.). If I’ll go with plan B I’d have to rewrite cover letter and ask for new recommendation letters (but as you know people are busy and it will take another couple of months or so). Also I'd like to mention that I still have 2 years on H2B left so for me its not a question of time as much as making a right choice at this point.
Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Why would you need more letters just because you're moving? It's what you've done so far that counts. All my letters came from people who examined my past work (most of whom I'd never worked with).

NIW is not employer dependent, as you know. So why wait?

You can do it now and just fill in your new employer's name on the I-140 form (although for NIW it's not required, it's still a good idea to write your employer's name). You shouldn't have any problems with I-140. You may get an RFE for the I-485 asking if you're still working in your area, but that's pretty much it.

thanks. I'm in research and currently all my reference letters say that I work in certain institute. So I was thinking if in 3 months I'll be working in some other place it will not look good and may rise some questions. Also my address will be different.... is it really important/do I need to fill extra forms?what forms?
I how people have done it (i mean job /address change), i'm just truing to gain as much information as possible.

If you are only concerned about filling extra forms, then don't worry. All you have to do is to send a change of address form.

If I were you, I'd go ahead with plan A.
