Primary and dependents were approved on June 17, 2004.
Service center- TSC

I-140 Filed on March 2001
I-140 Approved on Marc 2002
I-485 Filed on April 2002
I-EAD received on May 2002
II-EAD received on April 2003
III-EAD received on February 2004

First Fingerprint- April 2003 in TX.
Moved from TX to IN during May 2003 and sent the AR11.
Second fingerprint on September 2003 at IN.

Advance parole- Applied two times- One in 2003 and the next one during 2004.

On May 2004- lawyer received a referral (immunizations)from TSC .
I did the medical examinations again and my lawyer sent the referral to the TSC on June 14.
Referral was received by the BCIS on June 17 and were approved on the same day.
Received emails from the department of justice confirming the same.

Could you share why you did second FP in September 2003? Because you moved? Are we required to do FP each time we relocated during I-485?
