Hi Guys,

I've a pending concurrent I-140/485 petition (NIW) at VSC, however, I have another job offer that falls in the TSC. I'm planning to take up new position in the next 2 months and wanted to know if USCIS will forward my case to TSC, and What other implications could be of this move.

As always, I appreciate your insights.

Cheers

Most probably, they will not transfer your case. I moved from CA to NJ within a month of filing my EB1-EA (back in October 2003) and notified them of a change in address. They didn't transfer the case and approved it this February. I filed 485 with CSC last month and they sent a finger print notice. So I don't see any issues with change in your residence if its a self petitioned case.

However, since your's is NIW, you will need to ensure that you are working in the same area.
