I am H-1B right now (about 15 month left) and considering apply for NIW category. My case is not strong, I am doing postdoc right now and I received Ph.D. (chemistry) not well known U.S. university. I have only 5 papers published. I probably need good lawyer. I initiated preparation for NIW about two years ago with one lawyer in Texas, but I did stop it because I moved to another university. I contact him again but it is very hard to contact him and he barely respond my email ot phone call. He suggested file both NIW and I-485 sametime and if I did not he seems like not interested in my case any more. If you know good NIW lawyer, please leave a message in my PM.
