I noticed that NIW cases in NSC stayed in March of 2002 for nearly 6 months, who could kindly tell me what's going on there? Is it because of lacking of immigration officer or just because they are too lazy?
They are approving, but they do not update on the date.

Follow up with the NIW, the NSC is indeed processing the applications.
I checked the processing time yesterday. NSC is updated to Nov 1 and the NIW is processed to 3/29/02. Does that mean all applications before 3/29/02 have been processed and decision has been made?
