NIW improving factors

Should I relate my achievement with those "Improving" factors (improving the US economy, improving health care...) as many as possible? I work on the cancer related project and it seems to me it\'s only directly related to health care, however I feel it\'s pretty much enough. Any comments?

cancer prevention improves economy also

many $ are lost due to sick days/hospitalization. so preventing/detecting cancer early helps in improving economy also.
my work too is cancer/blindness related.

the more, the better?

I guess my question is: the more factors you related your work, the stronger the application? Or it doesn\'t matter if you definitely have one factor, like improving US health care. Thanks.
