Rejection letter says that I can appeal in AAO. I filed by case through lawyer. Now he is asking more ransom of money to appeal AAO
Questions:
1) What is motion to reopen? Can I file now BY MYSELF.
2) AAO ? Can I file myself.
If anyone has filed without Lawyer's help, please guide me.
I have just limited days left, so please respond.
If anyone has previous postings please send me the postings- as some of us have large number o fpostings-and I have limited time.
3) How much time AAO appeal takes in CA.
