NIW i140 appeal

I am collecting recommandaiton letter for NIW I140(denied last month ,VSC) appeal now.A professor sent me an e_mail instead of formal recommandation letter.I do not know if I could send the copy of the e_mail as evidence to AAO. Can you kindly give me some suggestion?

I also sent a email reference letter to AAO because of the short time to file. I think/hope it is ok as long as there is contact info about the writer. At least they can call the writer if they doubt it.

By the way,How can your wife transfer back to H4 if she already used her EAD when your I485 is rejected.What document she should send?

You have to send I290B to VSC in 30 days. You have another 30 days to submit other documents, but this goes directly to AAO. The initial appeal has to send to VSC, not AAO. Read the instruction on back of I290B.

File a I539 to transfer her to H4. Documents should include your H1 visa and the marriage certificates, plus fee, passport, I94... The list is in I539 form instruction.

I am also in VSC, just got my receipt for I290B, let's keep in touch on this.
