NIW I-485 Case transfer to Newark

Is there anyone's I-485 case (NIW EB1 or EB2) being transferred to Newark, NJ recently?

1. What would be average waiting time for an interview?
2. Is this a norm NIW case (I-485) transferred to a local office?
3. What kinds of questions would be asked during interview?
4. Security check or name clearance case will be applied to NIW case as well?

If you have any experience of your case being transferred to a local office, your share of experience would be much appreciated. Thanks

i-485 RD Sep 9 05
LUD Oct 13 (FP code3) Jan 10 06, Feb 16 06
i-485 case transferred to Newark, NJ office Feb 27 06
