My RD was feb. 2003.
have not heard anything.

You can call the national service center to have them send an inquiry for you.

NIW at VCS

If the processing date has passed your receipt date by 30 days, you can all the national service center( phone No should be on the receipt notice) to have them send an inquiry to the vermont center.

When you call, you need to have your receipt number, they will ask you a few more questions, such as date of birth, address....

Your lawyer can do it for you too.
